I have visited this Charley's twice and both times been quite disappointed. Thought the first time was a one time circumstance but no I got poor service and food both times. The meat portions are significantly smaller at this Charleys than others I have visited in the recent past. And the customer service is far from satisfactory. For instance I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with NO onions and they proceeded to cook the chicken with onions. When I informed the cook I ordered this with no onions he rudely responded with "that's not what it says on the screen" and then just scraped the onions off the chicken while also discarding half the chicken for the sandwich. I will not visit this Charley's again
They were terrible dropped the fry scoop in the fry greese burned my sandwich took all day and then shoved my food at me I recommend it to no one
