Sorry but Teaghan is related to me. Not me. I went to the ER this week and was treated horribly. I have a sprained knee and pulled muscles from and accident while mopping woth soapy water. I was in massive pain and crying. The staff ordered x-rays, bloodwork and sent me home with nothing. Not even inflamation medication for a knee swollen twice it's size. I was treated like a criminal. I served 21 years as an Air Force dependant and have received short term medications for pain with the military for most of my adult life. I am 64. I have NEVER had addictions. To prove I am not addicted to present medication, I am weaning myself off of all 4 medications I am presently on. In less than 2 months I will be medication free. I feel that Evans is a miserable place with prejudice. I will never return.
Total waste of time. Labs came back that my white blood cell count was up. Doctor acknowledged that I had an infection. Guessed what it was without checking anything and sent me home. Only anti nausea meds were prescribed. I asked about anti biotic or rest, nothing was prescribed. He said I didn’t need them and sent me home. Now I’m at a different doctor for the same issue that got worse. They are super lazy. What kind of doctor doesn’t check what the issue is or even try to treat it. I will not be going there in the future. If u want good care, don’t go there.
Just calling the damn admission was already insane! Horrible horrible rude lady! That instead of answering me on a professional way she just laugh it doesn’t matter how many times people will call and asked its part your darn job lady! Ughhh I’m in medical career as well but I wasn’t train to be rude!!! Where’s your professionalism!!
Dr. Mark Oscar Robinson is the worst Doctor possible. For one he keeps his head in the computer during the entire 10 minute appt. this doctor will lie about you and write it into the medical record once you complain about him. He labeled my wife as a drug abuser and Polysubstance abuser with zero evidence. Because we submitted a complaint on him because he did not represent my wife properly to the Pain Management Team at Ft Carson's army hospital Evans. He said his hands were tied and the team told him to tapper my wife off her mental health medicine, his hand were not tied, complete lie. He did not tell the team all of the mental health issues my wife has and he said her chronic pain was vague, her chronic pain is caused by a left side stroke, a bad left shoulder and failed surgeries, 11 ear surgeries, that is not vague.
My wife has PTSD, DID, Converstion, anxiety, panic attacks and depression from a stroke last year. This Doctor is evil and will harm you and your family. This medicine helped her and now he blames the team for not wanting to write prescriptions. He will call you civilian doctors and tried to mess up your treatment with them. This Army system sucks because everything is connected and he is taking advantage of the system to spread lies about my wife. Well this guy will spend years defending himself from complaints that I will submit everywhere to include DORA, IG, claims, etc. I have the truth on our side and someone with common sense will how crappy he is as a doctor.
Went there hoping it would only take one second to look at, ended up waiting for 2+ hours, nurses I saw was just sitting on the table resting while I waited for hours for some one. we finally got checked after 2+ hours, but when we went to the pharmacy the next day it was closed, so my husband almost left to the field without his prescription, but luckily a local Walmart had it on the shelf. Don't go to Evans its super understaffed, (especially the ER) some of them are nice, but it's not worth waiting hours. I've also had few more bad experiences there; them not getting my prescription in and having to wait 2 weeks for them to fill it in again, after already waiting a month for them to do it in the first place. I advise you to go off base, doesn't matter if Evans is closer, i doubt you'll be waiting 2+ hours.
