If I could give negative stars I would. Yes, its pet friendly you can tell by the smell!

The location is great and the staff is great, but nothing else is. The showers are old and do not work right. Your skin is melting off or you get hypothermia, no nice warm shower so sponge bath it is. Also when you flush The toilet you can hear The screams of other guests melting in their showers. The A.C. window unit didn't cool in our first room, the second room was cooler but the unit was so loud and shook so much I was worried it would shake out and fall on someone on the sidewalk below. The breakfast was a normal cold selection that you would get in any hotel. The coffee maker drinks half your coffee while it is brewing leaving you questioning your coffee making skills. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy their nights stay.

Almost canceled our reservation here because of the reviews. Glad we didn't, it is an older building like a lot of military lodges but our priority is cleanliness. We found the bedding and room clean, also a nice breakfast.

The staff was friendly and courteous.

This is by far the worst DOD lodging I have ever stayed in and IHG should be embarrassed. I am very angry this is the conditions our families stay in. I travel for work and stayed in this lodging this week and by far worst I have seen in over 20 years and many, many, lodgings. I took pics and tried to show the front desk, who didnt want to see the filth the room was in. No refrigerator ( I was told some do and some don't), light bulbs out in bathroom, broken dresser doors, mold in bathroom, and general grim, towels that smelled old and rancid. The building is old and in such a bad shape. Outside lights are out and it is extremely dark. The only saving grace is the employees who work there, especially Kim, try to be polite and professional is such a horrible place. Please don't tell me the good news is you broke ground on a new hotel. That does not excuse the filth Military Families are staying in now. Spend some money and invest a little in what you have. I will not patron an IHG Property again. You can take my membership and points, won't be needing them after this stay.

Including water leakage issues, which you can also smell. (mold) These are the old barracks that the Army isn't allowed to use anymore. Considering the Marine bases I've been to and lived on, I know bad. Do NOT bother I promise you. We checked in, and immediately checked out. Even he could smell it! Ladies, you know what I mean. Supposedly a new building will be up by fall of 2018. How they've gotten away with using these is beyond me. Shame on IHG! To add....these pictures surely don't show the 2 rooms we booked!

Very friendly staff, the room needs some upgrades, also need an elevator. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for everything.
