I bought a 12 year old car with 160,000 miles on it. After driving for a couple days I noticed the brakes were making a little noise, I took it in for a free brake inspection. I was honestly expecting them to come back to me with a list of things they would try and tell me I needed (due to former experience with other shops).
They let me know everything is in good shape and that the noise was from rust due to the car sitting unused for so long (which they stated should correct itself in a couple of weeks).

I needed my battery checked. The service man cleaned my battery, tested it, and made some recommendations .Very fast and easy. Wonderfully nice people.
Never pressure us to fix everything, just tells us what needs to be done and even gives us a list from most needed to just should get done eventually.
My daughter took her car in for an oil change. When she went to pay for the service they informed her the air filter and a license plate bulb needed to be replaced (I do appreciate that they inspected other items on her car and informed her of the status of those items). When she asked how much that would cost, they told her it would cost $82.....SERIOUSLY!!!!!!
I understand it is a business and their #1 priority is to make a buck but $82 to change a bulb and a filter is absolutely ludicrous and seemingly criminal.
James, Mike, Matt, and the rest of the crew are amazing. Prices are great they apply coupons when they can. They keep my vehicle safe, which keeps my daughter and I safe and that's priceless. Thanks everyone!
