Terrible service! I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and finally I just walked out because the lady still wasn't done with her previous client.
I went in for a trim that's it. The ladies were nice. I sat down she sprayed the ends of my hair with the water bottle then cut my ends. When she was done my ends were still damp. She took a blow dryer to my ends for maybe 2 minutes. I get to the register and as she's ringing me up I see the sign that says hair cut $16, cut and style $21. She said your total is $21. I'm not sure how blow drying my ends is considered styling. She never asked me to style my hair. But some how I was charged for that service. Overall it was just okay, she was nice but I didn't appreciate the extra charge for blow drying my ends.. I didn't say anything to her because I'm n it going to argue over 5 dollars. Just be aware when you go in of what you want and ask for just that so you aren't charged for a service you never got.
I went to get my hair dyed I choose a violet-grey tone. Obviously since it was in their color selection book that means they can do it. I left looking like crackhead dally from American horror story. Not only that it was a horrible experience over all my head was burning so much through out the 3-4 hours I was there. In the end I left there with half of my head practically gone and my hair burnt to a crisp. I had to go to school the next day, I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. Soon after school was done I came back to get a refund and a deep condition I never came back after that. I despise that place with all my heart and I am forced to live through the mistakes that someone else did. ITS FREAKING CHRISTMAS and my hair still looks like crap! I am 100% traumatized due to this salon. I can no longer trust a hairdresser ever again. In fact I haven't been to one since because my hair still HASNT GROWN!!
I went In with a picture for reference and got something not even close to what I asked for. I asked the stylist for her professional opinion, since shes trained. As a professional I expected her to look at the picture and be able to recreate the look. Well instead she brought out a book with colors in it and told me to pick from the colors. She showed me a dark chocolate brown that I decided to go with.. My hair ended up an orange color at the end. Throughout the whole time I was there, the stylist kept going back and forth between me and 3 other ladies. She left the bleach on my hair for a very long time because she was with another customer. My scalp was burning and itchy really bad because of the time. I was left unattended for quite a long time while there because of their customer switching. They had originally quoted an hour and a half to get my hair done, but it took them FOUR HOURS. My hair looks and feels absolutely awful.
Made an appointment with a specific person, showed up super early b/c I'm on crutches and don't move too fast. Apparently that person called out and no one bothered to call me or mention it when I'd been sitting in the waiting area for 10 minutes. On top of which- based on the hair of the people working in there today- I wouldn't let either of them touch my hair. Decent Customer service isn't hard. Common courtesy is simple.
